Everything I have learned about BRRRR says to get pre-approval for refinancing before going through with buying the deal, my question is.. how do I go about getting pre-approval for refinancing on a property i don't even own yet?

If possible, try asking another sub what happened because sometimes it’s not really the GC’s fault at all or maybe it was just an honest mistake that can easily be fixed by simply clarifying expectations.If you have tried all of these methods but nothing seems to work out in terms of communication between yourself and your contractor, maybe the most effective solution is fire them.

He told me I could lease it or even Airbnb it.He has some sort of loan against the property that he has to wait until July of next year, in order to not be penalized for pre-payment.
