If the reasons why you're taking the classes is because you need education on a particular aspect of real estate financing then would it be better use of your time to learn that specific aspect from someone who knows it and then practice it in the real world?

I feel I have a knowledge and understanding of the market in this area as I have practiced both residential and commercial RE for a few yrs now.

I focus my practice on business litigation, evictions (commercial/residential) as well as partnership disputes, construction/home improvement litigation and real estate transactions.

Nolo press books at the library, gale databases at the library, the online sites are all basically diy.

After graduating from college a year ago I've been learning the ropes of real estate investing through this site, through various books (Rich Dad Poor Dad series especially) and some freelance work.As good as the books and online material out there are, I'm looking to work for an investor so I can learn the nitty gritty of the business and get started investing myself.

I also see paperless billing, and the ability to do almost anything online-- in 75% of the states I invest in.
