@Maria Luna  Agree with Patrick's post, no way I would put my credit and the possibility of being foreclosed on for $200-300 month. 

What a good website to post a listing for office spaces?

@Austin Shandley  Go get em Austin... keep that foot on the pedal... don't stop... shoot another post in a year titled "ALLOW ME TO REINTRODUCE MYSELF" as a financially independent dad uber rich with TIME to be able to raise the young-ins!

My fiancée and I recently made our first post here and after gaining some great advice we have refined our goals and our now looking for more specific guidance.
