I would have your attorney review your paperwork ahead of time so there are no potential problems during the lease period.

Also... shopping around for a loan in a 45 day period is only one credit hit even if you run your credit with 50 different lenders.

I'll keep that in mind as the higher the quality tenant, the more likely I want to have a longer lease period.
