Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $339,000
Cash invested: $100,000
Sale price: $593,000

A partner and I bought this dilapidated duon plex with views of downtown. I had a construction budget of $85k. We remodeled it. Sold it after one year holding period. Lower capital gains tax as compared to income tax
