And with RE there are many choices of investment types.

As a Realtor and investor, I have always recommended buyers included a letter to the seller describing why they are a perfect fit for that particular property. 

In their markets that could be the wise choice  But SF  LA Seattle  etc these are different animals. 

However, syndications are more suited to taking care of certain elections/choices(cost segregation) that may be overlooked by the individual investor.Furthermore, when you are an investor in a syndication, you are at the mercy of the syndicator to provide you the K-1 before you can file your return.

With that response rate, I'd expect to get 1 deal every 4 months if things went perfectly so after 2 months I wouldn't be surprised to have not gotten anything yet.

There are some basic softwares that do this well and would be perfect for an MHP like this.
