It’s easy to see a property and want to make it a good deal but if it doesn’t work that needs to be respected instead of trying to force it like you said.

Are any of the people who posted here still investors in southern Illinois?

MANY people have wishful thinking and do not correct whatever is keeping them from getting a mortgage. 

If someone asked me how bad it is, I would indicate different people have different levels of tolerance but the plane noise is loud enough to interrupt conversations.  

It's just lending people EMD.

Q: Could you send me information on some respected General Contractor that you have worked with?

There are quite a few investors who attend that meeting and usually a few contractors.If you need any other referrals for your team let me know. the people on our team are great at what they do.

Those people will come up with the money if they're forced to.

I chuckle everytime I see people in real estate want to remain "anonymous" as it is nearly impossible unless you have a boat ton of money to spend on remaining anonymous. 

I always send people in the direction of @Amanda Han she is among the best in the nation when it comes to serving real estate investors.
