I'm so stressed I don't know what to do or where to turnrecently bought 2 property's1 needed more rehab then i thought1st. property SFR 3/2 home value after rehab complete 75k2nd 3/2 2004 double wide on its own prop value 55ki don't know how private funding/private lending work or where to find iti would like to get a package loan or funding on both is possible either together or independently.I would like amortization for payback at 30 years (if balloon was in 5 or 10 years that would be fine if needed)amount needed is 90k although i could work with 80kif anyone can provide advise or even perhapes know of where i can go as i need to do this asap

I may keep mailing depending on the feedback if any.I just goggled around to find material.. its really a no brainer, pick some different stuff and alternate it all. depending on your budget adjust how many you send to the same person but I think the 1st 14 days are important... particularly if it is probate,divorce etc.
