I need Help/Advice with Funding in Florida

I'm so stressed I don't know what to do or where to turn

recently bought 2 property's

1 needed more rehab then i thought

1st. property SFR 3/2 home value after rehab complete 75k

2nd 3/2 2004 double wide on its own prop value 55k

i don't know how private funding/private lending work or where to find it

i would like to get a package loan or funding on both is possible either together or independently.

I would like amortization for payback at 30 years (if balloon was in 5 or 10 years that would be fine if needed)

amount needed is 90k although i could work with 80k

if anyone can provide advise or even perhapes know of where i can go as i need to do this asap
