Just wondering if anyone here is rolling with organic search results + adwords as the primary source of lead generation now a days.It seems like carpeting a zip code with specific mailing criteria is becoming less and less effective as more investors jump off the MLS to try and source their own deals.

They aren't generally organizations.

You are simply using our brand name to increase your own search rankings and drive traffic to your website through misleading information.If you are going to provide a social media forum, you have a responsibility to make sure the posts on it are accurate so your readers are not mislead or provide a means for companies to respond without censorship.

and then i went to look for a no-weapons/ammo clause in the agreement and there was none =L. likewise it only states about the security deposit that it or any remaining balance of it will be returned to tenant within 21 days of their moving out.so yea definitely a lesson learned, that dont just fill out the form and trust it's inclusive since its prepared by an organization or even a standard form prepared by a lawyer. i like the idea of lots of addendums looking forward to my commercial rentals.. where can i get such?!

I agree with all above, Oak Park has seen a lot of investor traffic mainly for flips.
