Too often we assume the goal of investing is to "make money" forgetting that the money is just a vehicle to get us what we really want.

I used to work in the corporate world and was putting in 60+ hours a week managing 300+ people - real estate was my vehicle out of that life.

Also, our fourplex is on a large lot so one of my tenants owns multiple vehicles and what appealed to them was the additional parking spaces available that was not an option with their previous apartment building.

A technician from Bell Brothers identified a problem with the motor, it's basically stuck.

Most of what I have read about this was regarding local cops stopping innocent people and seizing money and goods from their vehicles without cause. 

It is crazy to think that housing is so scarce people are living out of vehicles, Wal-Mart is selling "cubes" and RVs are renting for insane prices...of course that will happen when the population soars from around 12,000 to well over 30,000 with many jobs bringing in over $100K.

A financial calculator is in the vehicles as a back up, I have 4 TI BAIIs around here.I carried a box of blank forms and contracts in the Realtor-mobile.I'd have a straight edge engineer's ruler to draw floor plans, I could take off better drawings for rehab as needed at the office and check appraisals.Take a couple legal pads with you for drawings and notes.

I live across the street from such a house for like 3 years now.It can be okay and quiet or like the middle year here,,,VERY noisy with goings and comings all times of the entire night.If somebody wasnt roaring up on a motor cylce the boyfriends were going and coming all times of the nite.
