Good morning BP colleagues,I have worked for a number of years to be in a position to build my first new mixed-use development. 

I planned on renting it but I was not happy with the property management and decided I did not want to deal with that from a 6 hour flight away.

So the cost to me would be a flight and rental car, as I would just camp out at the house. 

I just toured a 2 story ADU in Studio City this morning.

I have it set up to send me new listings every morning. 

I emailed customer support this morning and received a timely response stating: "For your book SOLD, it just got shipped last week.

Also, this not reflecting the owner occupied flight out of Philadelphia to the suburban market counties and southern new jersey communities since there is a shift in work enviroment's and neighborhood safety in the urban neighborhoods.

It takes about half an hour in the morning to get it started, and I have to add more logs every hour or two.
