Best Areas in the South Bay/Silicon Valley Markets

Hello Northern California Investors!

I've just started driving for dollars with deal machine in the South Bay Area. I don't plan on flipping at this time but I'd be interested in connecting with like minded BP members who have experience with flips in the area. If you are active in the San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, or other Silicon Valley markets let me know.

Where do feel the investor hot spot are and where should I focus my energy?

Hope to connect with you all.

Cheers,

Simon Schermerhorn

Once you have a list, I reach out to people over phone and send them mail. My lists are smaller 50-100 and I hit them with a call or two and 4-5 letters. Good luck!
