How does the sock market and consumer experience compare at all to the real estate market and how a home is conveyed.  

In the past few months, I have found my passion for RE investing and have found myself consuming 10-12/hrs a day to learn more.

This is quite time consuming as I would call up list of agents and make sure they understand the process and on the same page with expectation. 

For example, I know of a broker who charges a modest fee of around 1% per year to access at only $25k minimum.

It's more difficult and time consuming over the phone.

This is pretty modest just for the flip since they estimate a 4 month turnaround from purchase, rehab and resale. 

Use an agent or a property management to help you place a tenant (that has been one of the most time consuming tasks that I no longer handle myself.

Essentially we owe 360k on 2 properties valued over 650k, that's being modest with numbers, probably closer to 700k.

Posts do not need to be long, and since you already have much of the knowledge in your head, they should not be very time-consuming to write.If you are not sure where to start, follow other bloggers in the industry to see some examples.
