Bottom line, you may not get the variance and there goes your 9 ladies in waiting. 

Can you call them up and say "oh hey ladies, sorry, there's gonna be no heat for a week, i messed up, but I will work on it when I can ok" and to then go weeks without heat.

I recently met with a local lady that was scammed by one of these frauds.

If there is easy money to be made by fixing up the curb appeal or modernizing the kitchen then you would have even more equity after an appraisal/refinance to leverage.

When explaining to them this strategy they didn't understand and actually got the HR lady involved and she assured them that taxes were being taken out of my paycheck every two weeks.

So my partner gave 60 day notice to section 8 tenant to vacate by jan 1. the older lady said that she needed time and we granted her 2 weeks additional time to leave jan 20.

I have paid for a serminar that was worth the price and for another course that I shouldn't have paid for but I have now learn my lesson.What I do now is to go get their books first from the Library, if their view is in line with my goal I can then invest in their materialsI met a lady last month at a REIA meeting that has spent over 15k in books & serminars and she is yet too do her first deal!!!

Treat this process as if you were looking for a bride that you will marry -  and/or groom, for the ladies. ;-)Be very selective! 

The keys were given to the lady who signed the lease but the door has a code as well.
