In some market areas that is large and in others that is small.

Does anybody have any thoughts on Springfield or any good markets for someone who is looking at the $150k range?

Had one that we found off-market but things fell through during the inspection (electrical and plumbing issues that we didn't have the capital to pay for and the seller wouldn't budge on).

N these markets the ADUs in SZ zoned areas typically are given a value by appraisers far less than the cost to add the ADU.  

Tried to get back into the REI game to buy a rental in early 2022, but I was only looking in "A" markets (had a single realtor giving me all the advice), and competition was way too hot, so I hit the pause.
