Hi everyone, I have been listening to the podcasts about wholesaling and the main question I have is: Is wholesaling strictly geared towards cash buyers or can you do buyer financing?

One of the apts is on the main level and one is in the basement.

We too work in Tenn (though mainly in the Chattanooga area now) and the Tampa Bay area.  

I'm mainly worried that our credit may be an issue.  

My main focus is saving money and forming relationships with folks like me that want to get their feet wet in Real Estate.

There's a surplus of housing (mainly SFRs).I don't know much about the multifamily route but there's the AFB and Wright State and University of Dayton which all help the MF.

My main goal from the beginning was to burry myself in the real estate investing side of the business.

My main concern is how much it is going to cost to repair foundation and also the fact that I am not able to view the finished basement because it is an occupied bank foreclosure.I still have time to back out of the deal.

The main meeting is either more advanced material or sometimes a Guru selling a kit or book or program.  

Long story short, they failed to point out the fact that there was NO MAIN STACK for the plumbing.
