Property is a C class area, so I am concerned about the quality of tenant I will get but I am close to Ohio State University, a hospital, and short north/downtown columbus so I am hoping as long as I screen tenants I can find some promising people.

Moreover, many use those terms interchangeably which makes it even more confusing. 

Usually, mid-term leases are a reasonable option for people in this profession but there are so many other professions/needs that most people probably don't target that worker specifically.  

The ultimate goal is to start scaling and eventually would expand into another state such as South Carolina for short term rentals. 

However I don’t see anything wrong with tenant #2 playing their music during the day as long as it’s not at night.
