Kitchen has white laminate in okay condition, kitchen and bathrooms have wallpaper in bad condition, one bathroom has slightly rusted light fixtures, the grey wall paint is either gloomy or chic (you choose), backyard has patches from the dog, master bedroom has a weird wood inset, garage has a big dent in the dry wall where someone's car hit it, Where would you invest to make it feel more clean and modern?

I have some more information in a private message to shed more light on my situation if that would help.

The upstairs unit needs some light rehab (kitchen and bathroom) and the exterior of the house needs paint and a roof sooner than later.

I bought an adaptor for my truck wiring, checked the brakes, checked the tires, checked the lights and headed to get it.

As you get close to finishing turn on the lights inside bright at night so neighbors can look inside and tell their friends and family about this "great new" home and give them a website through an interior and exterior sign to view the whole home on line and you can tell ur story to future buyers.

I'm sharing this so others can see that there is more to wholesaling and investing then chasing closing checks or monthly rents checks -still waiting on some of those :(  Be a light out there and positively impact other people even if there is no monetary return for you.
