I avoided anything between that Amtrak line that divides Grand Ave and the one that runs parallel to Lake St... matter a fact just call it the Green Line that's on Lake St. even down to 290.

. #2 would be there's a large reservoir about 30 minutes away that has tons and tons of those cheap crappy lake development lots with fewer restrictions. #3 would the the complete lack of any improvements at all to the property. #4 would be zero marketing at all... no listings that I can find and she states that the sign facing the highway was knocked down by mowers and she hasn't bothered to put it back up.
