Once the tools for lack of a better term are set up for the needs of your business and you understand how the account generally wants things set up outside of the obvious ones, it really is quick and convenient.  

I think we're about 5 years away from the next dip in real estate, appreciation and building are still booming in most markets, largely due to a lack of inventory.

I am new to real estate investing, but not lacking on experience.

Currently I am interested in learning/starting at wholesaling; however, I am still new to the whole concept, and this lack of experience is definitely making me hesitate even starting, so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

They are all understanding of my lack of experience and tell me to keep them posted on what's going on and they will let me know what I need to do and when.  

I have started to build my network of contractors for things that I cannot complete myself, but my financial network is lacking.  

The lack of competition was what I was excited about in doing the off market deal, but it sounds like the disadvantage is having to work a little harder to find that market value.How would you approach a realtor that wouldn't be getting any commissions to help you on a deal like this?
