I know IMN does a good job of publishing the participant list 2 weeks prior to the conference.

It is likely to scare away most renters, so I'm a little hesitant right now to move forward with the deal.Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can do with the property next door?

I know I'll get "beat up" here on BP for even suggesting paying everything off :) but I'm at the point where I'm ready to stop scaling (for now) and have everything paid off.I'm really struggling to find an Avalanche Debt Payoff Calculator for mortgages.Everything I find is just for general consumer debt. 

I've pulled all nighters to study for school and worked overtime at my job at the same time, and it mad me no money.

My suggestion would be: DO NOT get bogged down in the numbers of some magic ratio.
