I wonder, should I invest it in Ohio?

So far, i only own single-family houses and a duplex ( on investment loan).  

Looking for ideas on how I should think about structuring such an arrangement.Reventure has suggested that Connecticut is the best market in the country for investing in flips.

I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to utilize that to invest in real estate yet, but it doesn’t hurt to ask, right?

What surrounding areas are you looking into or have invested in?

A real estate agent with knowledge of investments, analyzing deals, knowing construction, and having crucial contacts will drastically improve your odds of success.

Coming from the buy and hold side of investing, I'm very focused on cash flow, cash on cash, and then looking at the other ways that I value a deal (appreciation, principal paydown, etc.).
