We also wanted to solve the pain point for tenants who inquire on a unit and never receive a response from agent or landlords either because they are to busy or are burnt out from answering too many messages.We also wanted to use this technology in real estate sales and purchases, where listing agents could upload the sales disclosure for an AI to read and provide information to buyers when they inquire about the house, as well as allow the selling agent to potentially double-end the transaction.

With this property we were able to leverage the STRs potential to the fullest, live in this area for free when finding a place to live and keep it affordable is a real challenge, and put our money in a location that is poised to appreciate: desirable, the property backs up to BLM (scarcity), and there is nowhere to build in this area.

These areas are not only safe and pedestrian-friendly but also offer excellent rental potential due to their proximity to major employment centers and cultural attractions.Upstate NY: Look at cities like White Plains or New Rochelle, which are well-connected via Metro-North to NYC, offer urban conveniences, and have a range of multi-family homes.Seattle Area: Neighborhoods like Capitol Hill or Ballard in Seattle are excellent choices.

I mentioned in my last post that having a parking pad was crucial for me but what I didn’t mentioned is that I have plans to add a charging station at some point to be an added amenities for my future tenants and potentially have a vehicle stationary as an option.
