Hi- recently started to look in the Paducah area or surrounding for a B-C Class neighborhoods. Living out of state so I am not familiar with the area. Any thoughts?

Up and coming. I prefer larger cities than Paducah with colleges but might not be a bad choice. KY overall can be a good investment states. I prefer Bowling Green and central KY around Lexington. Those are some of the faster growing areas of the state.
