In our case, we would be looking to get title insurance so that we can refi private financing and obtain long-term institutional financing.

Also, getting a DSCR loan DOES NOT lower your debt to income ratio if that loan has a personal guarantee (and all of them do if the lender is a national, institutional DSCR lender).Stephanie
