I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or lose money in any market.

That's definitely an individual basis questions. 

You aren't going to get past it, its well established in PA that transfers between individuals & LLCs triggers the transfer tax.

I literally clicked reply on another forum hence the reason the individuals name is tagged and all.

And also, should the policy have all the individual members of LLC listed on the policy ?

We have a lot of competition in our market with other companies or individuals sending mail but I hear time and time again from sellers that the majority of people sending mail don't answer/return phone calls and are just unprofessional on the phone. 

I own them either individually or jointly with family/friends. 

I don't own individual equities but I'm keeping my IRA s and 401K's where they are. 

And a Food Truck Park with bar and stage, servicing 13 individual vendors.

The aging parent unilaterally had an estate attorney change the deed to include their trust and not their individual name (as originally filed).
