Hello everyone, I am seeking referrals to independent/unbiased/trustworthy and experienced home-inspection company in Jacksonville, FL.  

The independent insurance brokers often have access to pretty flexible programs.

State Farm only deals through their own agents so it would not have been available to an Independent agent.It could be that State Farm is that much cheaper or it could be that they are not providing the same level of coverage for the property.  

@Aaron Gordy I don't have a realtor as I am independently looking online.

Hopefully I can learn enough from BP to become financially independent of my job.

RE is full of scammers, bums, and people looking for a free ride, so having a few tangible accomplishments you can showcase shows that you're independent and have skin in the game.  

Once the work is complete, you need to have a re-inspection done and the inspector takes dust wipes and sends to to an independent lab for testing.

The self directed IRA might be something I should consider after I achieve financial independence?

If you have no prior knowledge, I think you should be able to sue the PM company in the event you lose the case with the former tenant. but more importantly, if these deficiencies were corrected and documented you shouldn't have anything to worry about. consult an attorney independant of the pm company and do not sign anything.
