Your best investment is in yourself.Consider going to college or learning a trade.Use the funds to invest in something that does not require much time so you can focus on learning.If you do decide to get into real estate, you may want to consider doing a house-hack.It will give you a place to live(potentially saving you a few hundred dollars from paying rent and also giving you training wheels for being a landlord).

I did BRRR method for an awesome SFH in Williamsville NY. 

-We have had our condo in Oceanside for almost 2 years now and the value according to Redfin and some comps in the neighborhood have increased the value of the condo by at least $80,000 ( rough assessment ). 

I am under contract with a land deal, on Marrowbone Lake In Joelton.

They will add the payment to the next month's payment after the issues are resolved which would be November in my case.Section 8 tenants are poor.

What is it that you look for in a bank statement other than income verification?
