Looking to network with air bnb host in the Tacoma/Seattle area

This is going to make 'professional hosting' much harder for those of us that cross list on multiple listing sites. 

I'm thinking of heading to a 500 Club meeting in Old Town Temecula Tomorrow, and the following Wednesday I'm hosting a social event at Peltzer Winery. 

I’m thinking through other creative ways to use a co-host on Airbnb to turn one into a LTR, while keeping the other a STR.

Long ago there were NACHA systems that collected payments into the host account ( in this example, that could be Zillow) and then they are pushed to the accounts of the subscribers. 

This can be a sticky subject because though most hosts follow all rules and regulations set forth for their city and try to be respectable neighbors,I can also see how a complaining neighbor can make or break your STR investment.

A seller who does this might very well be slipping a property or two into the bundle that they couldn't otherwise sell. 

Here are the few that say they do aggregate or blanket type mortgages:Upen Patel can do a blanket at Federal Savings Bank.Dayton Capital, FOAC bundles 7+, Corevest or Colony American bundles 5+, Visio 3 to 7 in a bundle, Conventus, and  Mofin will bundle. 

He's also willing to sell the properties in a bundle for $180,000 with 10% down carrying the note for 5 years at 10% amortized over 30 years.Is there a deal here or does it need to be restructured if so what are your thoughts on structuring the deal so that it is good enough to assign to an end buyer?
