Zillow ACH rental deposit scam

Zillow, along with their third party vendor, whoever it is, is running an interest accruing scam. 10 days for an ACH payment to hit? Get real! I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago for almost 20 years, I know for certain it should not take a full 10 business days to clear. They are obviously sitting on these payments for interest capitalization. It would be faster deposit a check via mobile deposit.
