Home is 11 years old and the owner has never had an issue with it, but not sure I want to take a chance on a long term hold. $125 million payout in a class action lawsuit definitely says there is a problem with it!

I could be wrong...but having no agreement is pretty much an open door.Not sure what kinds of protection she has now...verbal agreement does hold up in court but there's no proof...so I guess she's at the mercy of the judge.
