.- When house hacking, be sure to establish a good relationship with your tenants, but avoid "being friends".

Though you can get a lot of good information from social media, a lot of the time you will see extravagant things.

I wouldn't touch the <100k properties...if you're looking to build long-term wealth.There's a good chance they will burn you.

Also, depending on the project, you might be able to lock in a good rate before interest rates climb any further.I’d love to hear if anyone else has invested in new construction properties, whether in Indianapolis or elsewhere!

So much for the good news about returning to profitability and loosening underwriting requirements this year.
