I created a quizlet account and copied all of my practice exam questions, course questions, etc into it and just hammered the flash cards/ practice tests every free minute i had.

If this is a rent by the room scenario, There are a handful of DSCR lenders that are okay with it as long as there is no un permitted rooms used to rent out.

Others are handing the keys back to senior lenders.
