Would a bank really loan me money for let’s say 5-10 rentals while I only make $45,000k (debt free) If so how does it work.Thanks guys for the help.

@Jay Hinrichs you are correct that I too have only been an REI guy since 2010, so I don't know what it was like before.  

So if you are looking for an drywall guy you might ask the guy who does trim work and doors.In my limited experience most GC's will ask for 50% up front.

Tough to make out exactly what he was saying.To see what he’d say, I offered to have my attorney set up an escrow account (at no cost to him) to hold the $5600 for us and to help us complete the transaction, to which he responded that would mean he would not have the funds then available to pay for the due diligence activities, and that would not be fair to him.Suffice to say, when he outright declined to do business using legitimate methods, I knew for sure this guy was a scammer.

It was a flipper maybe two guys that flipped and did a lot lease purchase deals.

I am not familiar with options on this, but I have a great insurance guy that may be able to help you.

There are some owner-occupied (meaning quantity 1) spec houses built, but the numbers are small. 

I know a guy that is selling 7 acres of land with a large building for storage on the land.
