I am on BP daily, reading posts and replying with my tiny nuggets of knowledge. 

I read a few of your blog posts and have already found valuable nuggets.  

I do listen to the podcasts and once in a while I'll get a nugget of information but honestly everything they talk about had been written about many times over.

All were found by my agent who is worth his weight in gold.

I find there's always a gold nuggets of information in each one and I go back to listen to a number of them multiple times.

As someone who works in residential construction, a source of good contractors is using the local home builders association such as Gold Coast Builders Association in Palm Beach - http://www.goldcoastbuildersassociation.com/  Usually they will be glad to provide you names of qualified contractors / remodelers who can provide you with a quote.

I'm very familiar with the Gold Coast area and plan on working there soon.

But what you are throwing out is gold so i guess I'll find those haha.
