Those are gamechanging questions to ask to have that perspective.

@Frank Paladino is correct, you either start fresh in the foreign state or register your existing entity where you are operating. 

We do have the photos and walls were freshly painted when they moved in. 

I like condos from the perspective of not worrying about some maintenance, but I can't get the numbers to work once you factor in the monthly HOA dues.
