I've known other investors to remove older mobile homes on land and replace with newer, used ones in better condition.

I own equity in two different syndications, one managed by Brian Burke's (Hands-off Investor) Praxis and another is managed by Robert Kiyosaki's (Rich Dad Poor Dad) property manager MC Companies. 

I am starting to do more research but would love some input on the pros and cons of renting to section 8 tenants, especially from investors who accept such tenants.
