Looking for good company to supply pre foreclosures in Central Ohio area.

- Length of time to develop, likely at least 7-8 months.In the area where we develop with land & build costs what they are today, I cannot build a four-plex and make the the numbers work as an investment, even with me acting as the GC & keeping costs in-house.I can buy an existing property, rehab it & get it rent-ready for less initial investment, more importantly less time to start generating rents.Land/lots we bought in foreclosure from banks during the recession penciled out for this investment, but no longer the case these days due to land/build costs.Best of luck.

Driving around the city, checking KSL, calling real estate agents, calling absentee home owners from PropStream, scanning MLS, calling foreclosures. 

I have a software that pulls some data from the MLS that shows a map of areas and shows zip, city, mean income, mean value of properties, forcast appreciation, price to rent ratio, # of all cash sales, # of abandoned houses, and foreclosures in the area. 

You need a ranking website man.Look at these 2 screenshots of my leds coming in.One I took just a second ago:The other a few hours ago.Do you really care if these leads are pre foreclosure or inherited?

Agreed with @WayneBrooks - In Missouri, I don't know of any private or hard money lenders that will fund a foreclosure since all funds are due within 24hours.

We are considering buying a foreclosure/ROE/wholesale property to live in. 

I don't care if they have a foreclosure.

Are title search companies worth using, if you cannot find any information on a pre-foreclosure?
