There’s no excuse why there isn’t an answer within 3 days showing how much you’re approved for, or what’s stopping you for getting approved, what your Official Loan Estimate is, etc.I do believe the program is awesome, but perhaps the intake and the process needs to be adjusted so that everyone who is part of the program can work together to get it done.

We consider ourselves fortunate that rent payments are handled electronically so we don't have to make the run to the bank.In fact, we had to sign up for "Fresh Direct" to have our food delivered, and sign up with "Uber" to get to the doctor.

But I believe this is food for thought!

Once an application is made the intake technicians will take a day or two to approve that the application correct.

Me I like the brands with food grinders in them.

Now, I have been managing my properties myself (7 tenants) as this was saving me money not just in management but also in taking care of repairs, etc in an effective way.

The vent is for fresh air intake for the furnace.
