I am covered as far as my fix and flips/construction right now but they aren't willing to take on longer term loans currently.

I was wondering if when I buy a property at the auction and the right of redemption period is let's say 6 months can I sell the property once I have finished my renovations (fix and flip exit strategy) or do I have to wait until I am in full possession of the property after the redemption period has ended in order to transfer the deed?

For most people, that’s foundation and structure issues.

We thought it might be a quick cosmetic flip and be able to get it on the OTAs within 3 months.

Edward, Do you plan to buy a place to live in and rehab or are you going to buy a place to live and a place to fix and flip?

Yes, I am definitely interested in doing some flips. 

It's great to look for BRRRR's but you might pass by some great fix and flips with too narrow a search.
