I quit my job and bought a one-way ticket to the Philippines. 

An acrid smoke smell on Christmas,  no hot water when boarding an overseas flight... it happens.

We've done so well this last year, we just closed on our 2nd STR and this one is about a 16 hour drive or a couple hour flight.

Areas like on a main road, backed up to a freeway, in the landing flight path of an airport.

And finally, eat two scoops of double chocolate fudge ice cream, book a flight to " . . . . . wherever" and take a sheet of paper and a pen and write down every idea that comes to mind.

There is a cash bar but you get one drink ticket if you pre-register.

However, I know most people have a friend/family member who try this load of baloney to get a dog on a flight or in an apartment after the fact and the NJ LAD or Federal Fair Housing Act isn't specific regarding people requesting this AFTER they have already moved in.

My corner of the world has a much different problem....we can get enough units built to satisfy the demand and as a result we are experiencing double digit equity growth.The airlines want to have more flights to Roatan but say they need more hotel rooms and the developers are saying bring in more flights and the exposure will generate sales to fund more units.

other wise your exactly right top flight insurance can run some pretty big numbers monthly..
