I know of MFH and about it, but am not currently in it - I'd say keep looking for properties, connect with people to know more, and get firm on your numbers so when people start offering to 'help' you'll know where you need to be number-wise.

I work with syndication firms and more investors on a commercial side but I am looking to network more and get different insight from different areas of the career.

When the business grew, I first rented a room at a CPA firm, but later took over one of the units in my triplex to run it.

Sure I could be the bad guy and tell him he has to pay but there are relationship factors here that are so important in property management that you are not going to get from an all tech firm.  

I firmly believe in this day and age, businesses provide great service, but sometimes the outcome doesn't satisfy the receiving party -- you can't be everything to everybody.If you have otherwise fantastic reviews online, I wouldn't let one bring you down.

I was about to sign a contract for my first ever offer on a Florida rental when I read the last line of the offer contract saying "Buyer to pay ____ (brokerage name)___ $345 fee at Close"When asked, agent said it was for storage/document fees, and very standard across all firms.

Partners capital is currently in mutual funds with a Financial Advisor Firm.
