That type of behavior hurts the reputation of all the honest, ethical creative investors and makes it that much harder for us to do business.I know lots of people who do sub2 deals the right way and make a lot of money with this tool.

By going to NARPM you can find someone with some experience and that is associated with an organization that has a set of standards and ethics it requires of its members.

Money can be cold, hard, lifeless by itself sitting their not being put to use in some positive way for the world.Now I like to watch people working and see who really has a  great work ethic and reward them.  

. * I think a lot of people on here (from an ethical and safety perspective) will tell you to get permits ahh and for a liability perspective also. 

I actually thought one of the posters on this thread MIGHT be an ethical person until their BOGUS escape clause was mentioned.

However, recent developments have raised concerns within the organization.Notably, some of their staff members have departed due to issues related to the work environment and behind-the-scenes ethics.

All of a sudden people think we were “lucky” but really it was just work ethic and buying smart.  

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

The TAR Code of Ethics take it a step further in regards to disclosing your true position when acquiring ownership interest in a property or presenting offers.

It can be used in a negative or positive way, but hopefully the person using it isn't taking advantage of someone else and using an ethical & immoral way.
