If you had to buy your first investment property again, what would you do differently?

I was interested in commercial and investment property, so joined a mid size commercial brokerage as a broker - associate.Most brokers/agents at that time, even more so than today, did not “specialize’, at least with very specific parameters.

I'm new and have never bought an investment property.  

That helps demonstrate the property's performance, and it's income you can save up for the next investment.

The issue with remediation/removal of lead-paint components is the financial means of the landlord.
