I didn't replace the thermostat, because it was only about a year old at the time... and it failed last week, requiring a Saturday-night trip to replace it.The bathroom had been redone in the past couple of years, so I mostly left it alone. 

My favorite project we have done so far.

We are planning a trip to that area to build our Core Four, network and look at properties.

Put a plastic trash bag on the floor underneath it, and then hose the coil down well with your favorite multi-purpose cleaner (Windex, 409, Fantastik, Spic n Span, or equal), and maybe use a sponge or a wad of paper towels, gently, to wipe it down. 

Perhaps we can connect during one of  my trips. 

Sounds shallow but an interrupting phone call or trip back to a job can get expensive. 

Leisure in boom times consumers tend to have lots of excess cash so will splurge on the larger trips out of state or out of the country even.In an economic downturn the opposite tends to hold true.

I've seen some favorites on here as Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh), Tennessee (Chattanooga), Indiana (Indy), and Alabama.

And I feel 3k (Entire trip expense) invested to learn at this bootcamp will help me use that capital wisely.

One of my favorite lines is on a rap song which sums it perfectly “men lie women lie, numbers don’t”.
