LOL  Wall Street has just trained most of us into making poor investments.Regarding starting a business, 5 out of 10 startup businesses fail in the first few years.Real estate, done correctly, is about the safest, highest return you can get.

From my understanding most people fail the first inspection but if you refuse to fix minor repairs are you in the clear to seek non section 8.

It could be someone you intern for, or just an individual that you have met and attracted into your network.Know this: that person is worth their weight in gold, and can be the primary person that you run things past or ask questions as you move through your day.

After selling the property the buyers sues you for fraud, claiming you failed to disclose some issue(s) with the home.

I’ve felt a weight on my shoulders and a sense of worry each week about being in something I don’t have a purpose in (college) and haven’t felt this sense of anxiousness and worry for awhile, but this month made me realize how much pursuing real estate for me really means and have been debating on “quitting” (which I honestly don’t have guilt for) college.
