What strategies do you utilize for those folks who can't use a computer to apply online? 

I have about 5 agents in my office in MI who do that and each make an extra 100k + from it

Money Mustache and the recession for getting us started on our real estate journey, and our gainful employment for saving up a bunch and the stock market (betterment account) for giving us an extra $10k or so for free.

I’m also considering renting my condo and buying a single family home, or looking into house hacking if I can find a good deal, but I’m not sure if I should sell/rent, save for a down payment on a single family or save for buying an investment property.How did you other folks get started? 

This saves me and staff time from driving multiple times to properties, it prevents wasting time in the event of a no-show, and I found it creates a sense of urgency in potential tenants as when they come they see other folks looking at the unit. 

Most capable folks focused on wholesaling moved from an A to a B market and found good results.

So if I am reading correct they will also manage the property but it seems that's not included with the HOA fee, it'd just be an extra cost.Knowing all this I'd definitely say this property won't cashflow.

It used to be they could just pitch folks on "Save $45/mo!"
