Hi BP Community - I am in the process of purchasing my first multi-family investment property in Chicago, and I am looking for an experienced CPA to work with. 

If you don’t have a huge personal sphere consider joining a team for a year as they will provide you leads and support you while you learn.

Anyone know of a experienced contractor in this area?

My Loan team is the largest in our area and because of that I am familiar with most the heavy hitter agents and of course quite comfortable with the finance side of things. 

If you don't have experience in development, I would suggest finding someone experienced this is a highly risky venture.

My group uses his team for various tasks. 

Seeking to team up with more experience investors while making sure you add value to them and learning along the way. 

Build a strong team of knowledgable people around you and watch your business grow!

Its a true team effort from my equity partners to my partner bank.ON the finance side we put up 560k in cash borrowed the rest from our commercial bank ( about 8 million) and we made about 2 mil in 26 months.. 

I've researched this topic in vain so far but am sure the experienced minds at BP have dealt with this before.
