I started hearing about BP from colleagues and from cruising around the internet, and after listening to some podcasts, I got excited about the idea of building wealth through rental properties! 

I'm very excited because I know this is career and path I want to take.

They both turned down my offers but I'm still super excited I've already gotten phone calls.  

Some of the smaller banks may be a bit more flexible in their language but its all new and exciting to me at this stage.

There are just so many ways to make real estate work for you and I am just excited to start the journey.Any advice for beginners is welcomed!

I'm really excited to start this new chapter in my life...and I'm taking the advise of Brandon and Josh to introduce myself on the forum as well as say thank you for building BP!!!    

We figured it was worth ARV of $290-310k and landscaping/repairs of maybe 10-20k, so pretty excited :o)He knew the auction lady and she told him they were going to bid in for the bank at ~$250 so we were out and saw another guy pick it up for maybe 5k over that.Fast forward to last week.
